So here we are, knocking on the door of 2010. Hard to believe, but it’s here.
Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas, and has a Happy New Year.
What are some of your New Year’s Resolutions?

Did we have a summer? Work, work, work!!! That’s been my story this summer.
This summer has been pretty eventful though. We had Monica graduate from High School and also turn 18, all within 2 weeks. Monica is now a college girl and just moved in to her campus apartment just this last Sunday at UW-Parkside. Craziness!!! My Emma turned 4, Jamie turned 6, and yesterday was the first day back to school.
As far as music goes, I ended up taking a couple of months off from the praise band at North Point, but was able to play once in July, and once in August. I miss playing more often, but I’m grateful for the times I can. Next time I get to play is looking like on 9/13. Both North Point campuses are coming together for an outdoor celebration service at the Harbor campus. There will be only one service that starts at 10am. Dave Parker is back as NP’s Worship Leader, so it should be a good time. I think we’ll be playing more music than normally, so that should be fun. After service, there will be food, fun, fellowship, and more music.
In other news, Kristine (38A’s Keyboard player) and I have been working on some original worship tunes and are working on putting a band together to further develop the songs and also work out full band arrangements, to eventually hit the recording studio. The goal is to write and produce music that edifies the church.
This project totally relates to why I started this site, so I’m pretty excited!! I will also be making an attempt to blog more often, so check back from time to time and see how things are going.

Thanks for stopping by. I’m super excited to see how this next chapter in mine and my family’s life unfolds.
Here are some of the ideas I have floating around in my head:
More Songwriting
Recording & releasing a solo CD
Start playing out at Coffeehouses and Churches or wherever either with just me and an acoustic or with a band
Share my story with as many people as possible
Like I mentioned before, I’m really excited about what this all might look like moving forward, and I look forward to hopefully seeing you soon. Be sure to check out the Upcoming Events page to see what’s going on.
Thanks!
